3 Things I Learned:
Using an existing Design System not only speeds design, but also allows non-front-end developers to create something that looks like the design.
Even with a Design System, Design QA is critical during Development, for all devices and resolutions. There are always things a Designer sees that a Dev won't.
People from different cultures have different types of technical education, and different types of social interaction (especially in group settings). Tech Teams in India don't work the same way as Tech Teams in Ukraine or in Moscow. Knowing how to cross cultural communication gaps is essential for good team collaboration.
