The Business Ask:
"Tell us whether the business should go forward and build this new proposed product, which would enable Hospital Administrators to set up and manage Care Plans for their nursing teams."
What I Did:
In less than 2 months, I helped the team determine business, technology, and user requirements. Unknowns and risks were identified, and became the focus of user interviews. Through these user interviews and prototype testing, we discovered that critical user needs could not be supported by the current tech stack or content structure. This prevented the business from spending money on something they could not build to the users' legal requirements, and allowed the business to shift focus on making the needed infrastructure improvements instead.
